An emerging DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer brand partnered with us to break through plateaued organic traffic and maximize their digital advertising returns. Following a recent website rebuild, the brand was struggling with stagnant search rankings and a low ROAS on Google Ads. They needed a comprehensive strategy across both paid and organic media to scale online orders and expand their overall brand reach.
Strategy
Following a comprehensive audit of their paid and organic media, I executed a dual-funnel growth strategy. For organic search, I refreshed their SEO strategy with optimized, expert-guided content tailored to upcoming product releases. On the paid side, I restructured their Google Ads account and expanded their footprint into Microsoft Ads. By deploying a unified mix of Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across both networks, we successfully captured high-intent search traffic and maximized conversion efficiency.
Results
Our dual paid and organic strategy delivered immediate, explosive growth for the DTF transfer brand. By restructuring their ad networks and targeting high-intent search traffic, we achieved a staggering 140x ROAS on Google Ads and over 100% increase in revenue from organic channels, drastically outperforming previous benchmarks and successfully driving a massive influx of online orders. Simultaneously, targeted SEO content strategy revived search rankings for key product terms, driving a massive influx of high-intent organic traffic and securing long-term, sustainable online order volume.
