Goals

A child-friendly mobile phone provider was having difficulty scaling their Google Ads campaigns due to lack of team bandwidth and platform experience, as well as issues attributing revenue to PPC conversions. The client wanted to hone in on growing sales, while lowering their cost per acquisition, and learn more about the opportunities on Google Ads.

Strategy

After running account-wide optimizations on the client’s Google Ads account, I worked with the team to ensure ecommerce conversions were syncing with their back-end revenue API and matched both Google Ads and GA4 for cross-platform accuracy. Since we only had search campaigns running, I recommended and built a performance max campaign so the client could leverage all available Google Ads inventory to drive even more ecommerce growth.

Results

Within 30 days, I increased sales by 260% and ROAS by 600%. I also helped the client launch a Performance Max campaign that drove over $20k in sales and averaged 500% ROAS.
