A glamping startup based in the Smoky Mountains was struggling to drive recurring bookings and reach their target ROAS on Google Ads. They were on the brink of the busiest season of the year and needed to see better returns than previous agencies they were using to manage their advertising budget.
Strategy
After running a Google Ads audit and providing recommendations to the client, I built new top, middle, and botton-funnel campaigns and audiences to target. Rather than evergreen campaigns, we developed responsive ads and creative to drive more intent action. Additionally, I worked with the client to secure and monitor tracking pixels and analytics performance.
Results
Within 30 days, I increased camping bookings by 2,000%, reduced the cost per booking by 90%, and reduced the average CPC by 15%. By reducing advertising costs and driving more bookings, we were able to re-invest budget in new marketing opportunities and build out audiences for future advertising initiatives.
